Mr. Poredos was born in Slovenia in 1955.

From 1980 to 1994, he worked as member of the Supervisory board in Pionir Novo Mesto, an industrial construction company which branches into 8 daughter companies and having an average of 5000 employees.

After 1994, we worked as Managing Director at Novotehna, a trading company, as Executive Director at Slovenska Združna Kmetijska Banka and as Branch Manager at Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor.
